My first ever promo record! This artist is such a wonderful vocalist, and quite underrated. She's mostly known for a christmas song called "An Old Fashioned Christmas (Daddy's Home)", which makes the rounds every December. When I looked into her, I was surprised that I couldn't find much about the music she made. Luckily this album is on Spotify, even if it is out of order.
Finding this record listed for very little online was honestly a gift. It's one of my favorites in the collection, not just for sound of the music, but the fact that it's preserved. I can't even fathom how much music, good or bad, has been lost due to the obscurity of the artist and low record sales. Everytime I play this record, I'm reminded of that, and am grateful I at least have this one.
